2010: Some things never change...
Or, at least, you hope they don't! Timothy Spillane, Inc. is fortunate to have a core group of employees who have been with us through the 'thick & thin.' The last half of 2009 and the first quarter of 2010 have remained pretty slow for much of the construction industry and we have had lean times, too. But we consider ourselves blessed to have been able to retain the talent and skill of our top three employees throughout this downturn in the economy.
Fergus Sweeney, Dave Kadyszewski and Rob Vaughn have worked with us for more than 35 years combined. That's a long time and that's a wealth of experience. The simple truth in business like ours is that you are only as good as your people. We like to think we have the best.
